PetDine Launches Company-Wide Initiative for Even Greater Quality Output

“See It. Say It.” Campaign Puts Quality Control in the Hands of all Employees

FORT COLLINS, CO (February 10, 2021) — Greater diligence, increased measures of health and
safety, and a heightened level of quality are the keystones of PetDine’s new internal company
campaign: “See It. Say It.” PetDine, a leading private label manufacturer of functional pet products, is
charging employees in every division of the company to take ownership in the overall quality and
success of the business by implementing the new “See It. Say. It.” mantra.

“If every employee takes it upon themself to recognize and point out what is working well and what
could use improvement, regardless of it being within their realm of responsibility, the products we

PetDine sees the “See It. Say It.” campaign as an opportunity to minimize lost opportunities for
improvement, reduce the need to rework problems, and eliminate unnecessary waste. The new
campaign’s goal is to improve internal safety measures, thereby increasing the company’s already
high-quality standards on all private label, soft chew, liquid, and powder pet supplements delivered to
clients. The company has implemented internal messaging, signage, apparel, masks, floor decals, and
more to encourage employees to speak up if they see anything that looks, feels, or sounds amiss, such
as leaking machinery, broken processes, tweaks that could improve efficiency, etc. The campaign was
launched across all of the pet supplement manufacturer’s buildings and brands, including its BarkDine
and NutraDine subsidiaries.
