Does PetDine have a catalog of stock pet products I can buy and sell with my label on it?
No, PetDine does not offer stock pet supplement products for white-labeling. We are a private-label pet product manufacturing company, which means we only produce custom-formulated products for our customers.
Does PetDine have its own pet product brand?
No, we do not have PetDine labeled products on the market. Our brand is 100% focused on your brand and your brand only.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for you to manufacture my pet products?
- MOQ for liquids is 250 gallons
- MOQ for powder is 450 lbs
- MOQ for soft chew is 2,500 lbs
- MOQ for dog treats quoted individually due to weight and volume variances
Is PetDine’s facility certified?
Yes, our facility follows Safe Quality Food (SQF) code, which outlines strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols. Our facility is also registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
What are the available options for packaging my private-label pet products?
PetDine offers canister packaging in a variety of sizes and colors. Customers may provide their own packaging (i.e., stand-up resealable pouches). However, please note: Customer-provided packaging must be reviewed and approved by PetDine PRIOR to being ordered and sent to PetDine.
Does PetDine help develop custom formulas for pet supplement products?
Yes, the PetDine team of nutrition experts will develop a unique formula that is tailored to your customer’s needs and the health of their pets. This custom formulation is exclusive to your brand and your brand only.
What kinds of private-label pet products do you custom formulate?
PetDine will work with your brand to formulate custom soft chews, liquid supplements, powder food toppers, and we also produce single-ingredient 100% American beef, bison, and lamb all-natural dog treats that don’t require formulation.

Where does PetDine source ingredients?
We source high-quality pet supplement ingredients from around the world. Examples include green-lipped mussels from New Zealand, turmeric from India, and flaxseed from the U.S.
Does PetDine offer organic pet supplement ingredients?
Yes, PetDine offers a wide variety of organic ingredients and the clean-label manufacturing that savvy pet parents prefer; however, our facility is not certified organic.
Do you offer pet products in bulk?
No, we do not offer products in bulk due to risk factors such as E. coli, that may be present outside our facilities. We strictly manufacture pet products that are co-packaged for our client brands.
Can you help me create my pet product labels?
You are responsible for designing and printing your own labels. PetDine will provide guidance, but you are fully responsible for understanding all state and federal requirements
Are all products made in the USA?
Yes, PetDine is a U.S.-based contract manufacturer, located in Harvard, Illinois, the heartland of America. All of our private-label pet products are made at our facility in Illinois.
What animals does PetDine manufacture private-label pet products for?

How are PetDine pet products manufactured?
There are two methods of pet product manufacturing; classic extrusion and cold extrusion. Classic extrusion uses high heat that can degrade the flavor and color of the product and the efficacy of beneficial ingredients. Cold extrusion uses no heat and no added water, needing significantly fewer preservatives for a much higher-quality product. PetDine uses a proprietary cold extrusion manufacturing process to ensure that pets, pet parents, and your brand gets the highest-quality pet supplement products available.
Does PetDine offer vegan pet supplement ingredients?
Yes, we do offer vegan ingredient options, and we can also create 100% custom vegan formulations for your pet supplement products.
Can you help me with compliance?
We will work with you throughout every step of the process, including guiding you to ensure your products are optimized for compliance. Your products will be ready for you to take the final steps of seeking product approval through The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) or the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC).
What is your testing process?
PetDine follows an industry-leading process to ensure that your product is always Grade A quality. This is an extensive multi-step process led by our team of quality assurance experts.
Do you offer marketing assistance?
Yes, we offer brand marketing guidance through market reviews, trends, label reviews, recommendations for your brand, and consulting to help prepare you to market your new pet supplement product. We do not provide marketing and sales of products themselves.
